WELL IM AT IT AGAIN TINKERING THE SUMMER AWAY!!

TAKING A BREAK FROM MY OLD SLEDS for a bit
TO WERK ON MY 350 THUMPER
RATBIKE

Its a 1984 HONDA 350R XL fourvalves on piston two carbs//
IT was basket Case when i got it her!!
$%^$#@ ripped apart all the motor came in a box**
Then their was two butter containers stuufed full of parts nuts and bolts ect

YIKES WHAT A MESS!!!
anyways after some silicone and a new set of used EXHAUST valves and one timing guide from friend in AUSSIE who also owned a HONDA 350R thumper
that crapped out on him years ago ...

shes now up and running but she now knocks like HELL!

I SET VALVES AS STATED BUT I STILL MIGHT NOT HAVE EM RIGHT?
0.004 intake
.005 exhaust...

I NOTICED THE OIL FILTER BEFORE I PUT HER TOGETHER WAS FULL OF METAL SHAVINGS!! GRRRR!!!.. JUG LOOKED GOOD
PISTON LOOKED OK
BUT THE HEAD LOOKED F$%^%##! UP!
anyways dont have alot of cash to fix it right and all

So i did what i could with what i had,...

IT RUNS i took it for a ride rides nice,,
but she knocks IF you watch the utube vid
i took of her
let me know what you think it could be
Wrist pin? connecting ROD ? OR WHAT?
