i think they are trying to prove they can run a skidoo motor till it nearly dies..
lol but if you watch the video from
time start 1:20 to 1:36 it says it all
those pistons must be screaming red.,,.

For one they have the airbox off and it will run lean cause of that and the exhaust made of pipe and fitting wont work cause it is not drawing fuel in without the exspantion chamber.

notice the new sparkplugs. They are problably waaaay to hot of heat range for this engine, retaining heat to a red hot temp as the engine is started and warmed up. The same effect as our model airplane glow plugs retain heat from the last firing cycle to ignite the next. No rocket science here, just a poor rotax that will be junk soon due to ignorance.
Too bad we cant save all of them, the rotaxes, that is. gary
