hi got a question for the board, I bought a beater sled and it has a transplanted motor in it.. Its a twin motor and it has two nipples on the block and two hoses on them..Only one hose is hooked up to the carb and one just hanging there loose not connected to anything.. I think it is vacuum lines for dual carbs i suspect.... i think the motor use to may have two tilotson carbs on it?.but now it has only one bigger single walbro carb.. What im wondering is should i just plug the extra loose vacuum line which comes off the block The motor runs fine and all with only one line hooked up,, i just don't want to wreck this engine...lean it out or something? or blow out a crank seal by plugging the lines off? wouldnt that line unplugged and just laying there suck in crap and snow and stuff? any help would be greatly appreciated,,, thankyou SkiborgStan,,,

No worries man, just plug it off but make sure its plugged well so it doesnt blow out the what ever plug you decide to use..
as long as you have one side of a vacuum line hooked up to the diaphragm on your carb you should be good to go! And yes you dont want to suck crap into your block by a loose unconnected vacuum line.... .It wont hurt anything by plugging off the line loose line..it would be worse not to have it plugged and run it like that!
best of luck,, Post a pic of that sled PleASE~!
