Well boys I did it again, yesterday my wife told me there was an élan at a garage sale for 100 bucks, well I missed out but he told her they had more parts in the garage and wanted to sell some, so on our way home from the cabin we stopped in and I had a look all I really wanted was some carbs, then they said there was some more stuff at his grandparents house we went and checked it out out of them I was interested in a 74 cheetah with a wankle in it I was totally stoked since I've thought they were cool as shit. We got talking on a price and for the cat, élan parts sled a citation bodie with usable parts and a garage full of misc parts such as engines, carbs, heads, plastics etc etc all for 250$ good thing I brought my buddy's sled trailer home with me. I'll take a few pics and post later tonight. P.s anybody need parts lol

good find!
I seen a good elan handle bar padding like the on on yours
sell for $100 on ebay and shipping was $25
and hey Make sure when you figgure out what your doing with all those parts
if selling list a few on the free classifed here...

Thanks guys, I love sharing my finds with you all.I got so much stuff don't know where to put it some of it wil be at the show here, I got about 6or7 engines the citation bodie, élan parts sled Nordic stuff tillotsons and a few mikuni the 440 faner out of the cat rotax single covers. Most of the engine stuff is in need of complete rebuilds. If

well i got talking to a family friend last weekend at a wedding, he told me he had a polaris sitting in his garage taking up room. He wasn't sure what is was but if i wanted i could take it if i drug it out, well i sure did, brought it home the other day and introduced to the rest of the steeds. it fits in quite well, it's a 1978 polaris gemini single banger needs a good tune up and a recoil.I should have it up and running before the snow flys.   |
