Old Blizzard Skidoo not running!

Hello board i just picked up a old Ratsled blizzard skidoo 5500
it has a 503 twin cylinder rotax motor in it.
Cant seem to get it to run!! ,,
tried alot of things  already
i really like the look of this sled and want to get it going can any one help?

Or point me to where i should start to get this old sled going again?

and did you get it to run at all poorly ok? or nothing at all?

Did it at least fire in one cylinder?
