Tillotson Carb Question When it gets Warmer Out?

I have a old Skidoo Nordic with a tilotson carb on it heres my question when the temperature changes from cold to warm or hot to cold outside do i have to adjust my carb?
Cause i do notice when its colder out my sled seems to run better and lil more smoother...
Someone told me when its its cold out i have to adjust the low needle by turning it in a half turn?

I have ran the sled abit now with out touching anything on the carb ,,,

I like this old Nordic and i dont want to mess up the sleds engine up by not adjusting it proper.....
