oval brass or bronze look to it with the word: ser. and then a rectangle with what I believe is a serial number?

Yep you bet off a old Ski-doo model Snowmobile early one 1960s not sure probly a Olympic or earlier Chalet 1963 -1965

Probly Not off a Skidoo Olympic but yes to Chalet most likely or even Alpines think had them,,

Thanks guys! Found out from an expert that its off a 64 Kohler (he thought it was a Kohler, he knows it was a 64)
