OLD 340 JLO MOTOR? Opinion good or bad?

Ok hi

I have the chance to buy a 340 JLO motor is it worth buying?
i was thinking of transplanting it in a another sled body..
my question is this ARE JLO motors any good or should i walk away from it?

What sleds used these engines?

and it comes with Carb and exhaust he says 140 per cylinder ..

Every JLO engine i came across were good motors ,, had one in a old massey sled
