Old elan skidoo acting up again!

Having lots of trouble with my old elan , it was great old sled last year ran very well ..Went to take her out this year it started fine put new fuel in her..Then went to take off and go for a burn
it just kinda went POP and died? Pulled it over and over nothing!
Changed the plug NOTHING!!

anyone know whats wrong with her? hate to sell it!

Hi Snojoe

Sorry for not responding quicker on did you check your coil?
or better yet the wiring harness?..
Easy thing would to be just unplug the main harness that hooks up to the ignition
then you will know where to start..
If you get spark after unhooking the main key ignition harness ..you know your problem is in the wiring..

Dont sell it you will figure it out just takea lil time to find the problem

Finally got it solved it was the coil thanks mr sledrat!
I used a old coil from a parts motor i found at a junkyard!

Put the new coil on and she purs like a kitten!
