How much is a restored Vintage Skidoo OLY worth?

hello there i got a question for anyone here on this site..

I have a chance to buy a older i think 1968 Skidoo Olympique

snowmobile ,, this machine is in great shape looks like it has been restored back to its original state,,

The seller is asking 2000 is this to much?


i was thinking its not a bad price was gonna offer 1800 and save alil for gas

but i never bought a fully restored machine before i generally just buy em when they are in ratsled form / condition,,
But i suspect your seller is probly in the right ball park with that number if its pristine pretty condition

Maybe some other guys here can chime and and give you a better idea,,,,

if you decide to buy best of luck and a 68 oly is truely a fine beast!

I have a few old sleds too and i wouldnt even consider selling them for under 1000
but hey thats just me..

I agree with ya on the prices for certain sleds, some people think just because it's old it's worth a million, but in reality it ain't work jack. We've all been there on that one and all ya can do is just walk alway
