heres a wicked KILLER Pickled pike recipe~!




IT IS Pikeolicious!

Tryed making some up! Dam near took a eye out with the hot brine!

I would advise wearing Safety goggles if any one makes this!! how it happened is i took the hot pot of brine off the stove to let it cool the lid that i had on the pot that didnt fit to well fell into the pot as i set it down!!
and just like olympique diver makes a perfect splash so did the hot brine RIGHT INTO MY EYE !! never thought pickelin fish could be so dang dangeroUS!!!!SO i ran to sink and Dunked my head under water and my eye for 15mins rubbing like mad!!! Man did it hurt still hurts!
I got pike eyeD! ,, I will live i know...
i guess the old pike had their revenge at the end of it!!

But the stuff sure tastes Good!

Great recipe but wear the safety goggles!

TRust me Getting pike eyed is no fun!

Ya i tried the recipe Jiggy thanks! ITS super good i cracked a jar open and scoffed it back then i
chased it down with a stiff shot of fine Aged TN Whiskey! DELICOUS!
I RECOMMEND THIS recipe!
 I did notice you dont have to use just pike any cold water caught fish will work
even whole Perch!
