Older Skidoo Citation SS bogging

Hi to all i hope someone here can help me maybe?.

I have a Older 1980s twin Citation SS Skidoo sled
anyways it starts up well.But when i crack up the throttle to take off.
It will bog sometimes but if slowly bring up the throttle i can get up to proper speed to take off.
But most of the time it like bogs out and dies.
Any ideas?

Sound to me like the main jet is dirty in yer carb clean that sucker out run a wire through all the small passages and pin sized holes..
Becarefull using carb cleaner though make sure you take out the needle and seat before spraying it on those parts the needle may have a rubber tip which will react to the carb cleaner..



should look simular to this above..

here if your having trouble take note exactly when on throttle it happens..

This chart here will let you narrow it down,,,On where or whats happening,,,

Ok i tore apart the main jet and clean it out again it works way better thank you Sledrat! Im taking this beast out for a toot on the grass!
