Yahoo JUMBO PERCH!!!! 10 JUMBO PERCH TODAY ! BUT COLD AS HELL OUT THERE - 35 with out the wind.. RODE THE ELAN TO THE SHACK! I CAUGHT THE PERCH ON A OLD Bright Chartuese green SWEDISH PIMPLE TIPPED WITH A LIVE MINNOW! Jumbo perch at its finest! Anyone know of a good Perch Recipe i can use on these bad boys?? thanks Jiggy joe!

Heres a nice and easy one i like!
1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 egg 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup butter somw fresh lake perch fillets
Directions:
1 Mix flour, paprika, and salt together and set aside. 2 In a small bowl, blend the egg and the milk. 3 Heat butter in a large frying pan. 4 Dip perch fillets in egg wash first and then into the flour mixture. 5 Carefully place them into the hot butter in the frying pan and brown on both sides. 6 Remove from the butter and drain on a paper towel to absorb excess butter. 7 Serve immediately.

I always use ORIGINAL FISHCRISP!
You just cant beat it use it with all my fish And i guess now they even have a wide selection of different spices and flavors too!
directions
Open THE BAG pour a lil onto a plate or in a zip lock bag
put your fillets on or in the bag
done! ADD to hot pan cook to golden brown,,
DONE!
