I heard that the Winderosa carb kits for the HR and HL tilly carbs are not very good is this true or not? I see the rebuild kits at my local crappy tire..Was going to buy one but then decided not to after reading a few folks bought some and were very poor quality. i think the diaphrams in the Winderosa kits look as old and as dried up as the ones in my carb! Anyone else feeel the same way?
