Well folks
I Got a call from a OLD GRUMPY Fishermen FRIEND OF mine
He said hey i want you to look at my OLD JIFFY ICE Auger
I think its on its way out!and then he said its running like crap!
I said oh ya how long has it been running like crap?
He said Oh about the last 5 or 6 YEARS!!!
Anyways here i took a look at it for him
Trying to help out that GRUMPY OLD SOB OUT !

Sledrat did the auger work better after changing that head gasket?
I wonder why the head gasket went originally?

Ya the Jiffy woke right up after changing that leaking head gasket ,Tthe reason why it was blown originally is a head bolt got loose and fell out and then the rest of the head bolts got loose over time then the head gasket went , so this is another good example to always check your head bolts or nuts on any engine you use and retorque them after a rebuild or messing around in a cylinder , Also a change in sound of motor can mean alot too the auger sounded really weak but after the new head gasket loud and strong! Amazing this auger even ran really the shape it was in!
