Hello board I have a old skidoo TNT 292 this sled is in need of TLC the hood has a serious crack In the front. Any idea how I can repair it? It doesn't have to be perfect just want it to hold for a season or two next year

Anyway you can! I would try pop rivets and a cut a piece of tin or some aluminum underside I did that to a few hoods held out well and has the airplane rivet look to it after ha! use aluminum po privets not to big just enough,, Or option 2 you can go with the sewn stitched up RATSLED frankenstein hood look! Drill small holes along each side of the crack same way for the aBOVE METHOD on your hood and one more at the end of the crack to stop it from cracking more.. Then find some good black mechanics wire or any wire and start stitching away like your sewing it together it will hold decent enough ,,, each chunk of wire will be twisted the two ends of the wire together underside with plyers to make it to make each stitch strong.. IT will hold your hood together to get you back on the trail and it will save your hood till you want to make it all pretty again,, WINDSHIELDS TOO SEW THAT OLD RATSLED HOOD UP! moose
